Using Social Networking to Attract Loyal Customers

Attracting customers with social networking marketing is a way of finding new customers and of generating loyalty in both new and old customers. Businesses that take the time to attract and maintain their social networking presence can expect to see more customers find out about their business in general, but they can also expect to develop a community of loyal customers and future customers.

Building a Customer Community

Like any community, an online community is generally based on mutual interests. Online communities spring up around blogs, Web content sites, forums and social networking sites. This community is a powerful force in e-commerce and can attract a lot of attention for an online business. It can lead to a high rate of word of mouth that brings in more and more customers over time.

Being a part of such a community can keep customers coming back over and over again to talk to other community members as well as to see what’s new with the page itself. In some cases, customers see the newest additions to the page because they have come to socialize with each other.

Networking Profile Information

The information that is contained in a profile page is exactly the type of information that customers want to know about if they are researching the company. They come across an interesting business, and they want to know more. They want to get a better feel for the character and reputation of the company.

Being able to find profiles of the company, run by the company itself, can help these researchers to find out what they want to know. They see that the business is strictly professional, humorous, creative, or whatever type of reputation the business wants itself portrayed as.

Making a Business More Personal

One of the things that can create customer loyalty is a feeling of personal connection with a business. That can be accomplished by the personal communication that is made easy by social networking sites. The messaging systems of these websites are simple to use, and they allow just about anyone to leave messages for the business.

These messages can include questions that customers want to ask before making a purchase. They can also include leaving compliments about the products or services that customers have received from the business.

Sometimes, the messages may be complaints about the business or what it sells. When that is the case, this presents an invaluable opportunity for the business to show its customers that it is willing to help with any problems that occur. This is one of the most trusted traits in businesses, and it can be shown to customers easily on a social networking page.

Do You Sometimes Wonder If You Are Networking Material?

A lot of people in search for a job think twice before engaging into business networking.  They don’t see themselves as networking material, this is, they don’t believe anyone will have an interest in talking to them or even less take time out of their schedules to help them.

Before you take this path and torture yourself with these thoughts, consider these:

1.    People’s natural instinct is to help.  It comes natural to us.  When you see someone in need, the first thing you want to do is give him or her a hand in any way you can, right?

2.    Most probably the person you are talking to has been in your same situation or a similar one, thus, he or she will relate and will want to give back.  In this time of continuous lay-offs, it is very probable that you will meet someone who was looking for a job not too long ago and was also requesting others for a few minutes of their time.  You are just giving them an opportunity to help others.

3.    Maybe they will see you for their own convenience.  Someone may think you are a future potential networking source.  Good networkers know that building a successful network is a continuous process, and they are always on the look for new faces.

4.    You may have something the other person needs, perhaps information, experience, or connections.  If you have networked before, you may have valuable and relevant information about your industry.  Read professional journals, articles, and books.

5.    When meeting with a manager, see it this way:  this is a part of his or her job; he or she is in the position to identify good talent, and there is no way they can find that talent if they don’t meet the candidates.  There won’t necessarily be an open position right away; however, after meeting you, the manager will keep you in mind for future opportunities.

6.    It is possible that someone knows about a job opportunity but doesn’t mention it to you, and this is a common tactic used to maintain the meeting more casual and to be able to assess you without the pressure and demands of a job interview.

7.    You may impress someone with the way you introduced yourself or with how you talked about your background, and he or she may agree to give you some time because you caught his or her attention.  This is a very good opportunity that we hope you take advantage of to start business networking or begin your own network.

The truth is that people have more than one reason to meet you, so, you have two choices: either you network or you are out of work.

If you liked this article, tell all your friends about it. They’ll thank you for it. If you have a blog or website, you can link to it or even post it to your own site (don’t forget to mention www.meetingwave.com as the original source).

Generate Leads, Truth To Generate Leads, Unveiled, Not For the Faint Hearted

January 26, 2010 by · Leave a Comment

I have realised after being involved with a few Network Marketing companies, that we are taught about the “Networking” but in all of the network marketing companies that I have been in, I was not taught how to market myself adequately enough to have any great success using to old methods of prospecting.

We are in the 21st century and the way of the future is on the internet.

Since I have found the lead generating system and with the assistance of people who are utilising it effectively, I am seeing a great change in my results.

I wish to share this information with all the struggling network marketers in the world to also get their businesses generating the incomes which they aspire to achieve. IT IS POSSIBLE!

A Person does not have to do calling, hand out flyer’s and DVD’s…. You get people to come to you for your Expertise. This way, you will NEVER HEAR “NO” EVER AGAIN!

This is the system that successful Marketers use to generate leads 24/7.

The way it works is that a person set up a Lead Generating System to generate leads for you. The system consist of marketing strategies that funnel leads to a capture page and if they opt in, custom messages automatically get sent to the leads that ask for more information.

Leads have the option to unsubscribe at any time if they wish too, but if the Lead does not unsubscribe, follow up messages get sent to them periodically on automation.

These Automated messages guide the leads that are generated by the system step by step and provide them with the information that they need to understand exactly how it works and what steps to take.

If a Lead decide to have his or her own Lead Generating System and did the setting up of their System, then they can create their own Campaigns. A person can have a number of different Campaigns.

One can make use of split testing to see which Campaign work best and edit them to make improvements so you can maximise your success of Lead Generation.

A person utilising a Lead Generating System will need a Domain. You need to brand yourself on the internet. People do not join a business or opportunity, people join people who can provide them with Value.

All the successful marketers online, have one thing in common, a “Marketing Hub” which is how your leads ge to know you better and build trust.

This valuable information is covered in the beginning stages as you set up your system by interacting with your Leader and also in webinars.

We are very strict with regard to spam. Nobody is allowed to send links to people that they do not know or people that has not opt in by providing their name and e-mail address themselves.

You are not allowed to enter other people’ Name and e-mail addresses on their behalf into these capture pages.

Provision is made so that people who want to stop receiving messages can unsubscribe at any time and will with immediate effect stop receiving further messages from your Automated Lead Generating System.

This is what a person has to do if they would like to generate endless leads for their MLM Business. You have to set up a Lead Generating SYSTEM and follow the marketing strategies and training webinars that is provided to it’ members.

You have to build a relationship with your lead list and establish yourself as a Leader. People follow Leaders. A Lead Generating System does most of this Automatically.

There are video Tutorials that guide the new member through the setting up of the Lead Generating System. If a person get stuck at any stage, there is a support system in place to assist with any issue that a person may come across.

Webinars are also recorded for viewing later at members convenience.

Life is like a game: The more you play, the better you become at it. The more you interact with the players on the field, the more your skill will improve.

Statistics show that out of every 100 Leads, 5-10 leads generated through such a system decide to make use of it. Many online Marketers that are making use of such a Lead Generating System generate up to 300 leads per day.

Online marketers benefit from up to 20 streams of income through affiliate programs, this is apart from their primary business. So your online business is funded through your lead generating system.

The problem with the majority of MLM’s out there is the lead generating. Lack of leads mean no business. Secondly, lack of income leads to running out of funds to run your business.

A lead generating system that funds your business through up to 20 income streams, covering your running expences and generating endless leads is exactly why the successful online marketers utilise such a system.

You do the calculation. Statistics indicate that 100 leads generate 5-10 leads that become part of your team. 300 Leads will generate +- between 15-30 potential new people in your MLM business per day. These people are taught to be able to do this on COMPLETE AUTO PILOT. This is how the leaders in a Lead Generating System are earning 7 FIGURE Income.

This is a way to generate 100 plus leads per day to grow any MLM Business.

GROWING A FORTUNE PART TIME HAS NEVER BEEN EASIER!

A Leader is somebody that has achieved a certain level of success in generating leads.Members are advised to participate in the webinars so that they can get answers to their questions and learn valuable information from other successful people with strategies to maximise their Lead Generation to generate leads. Members are also advised to keep in touch with their Leader.

A Reminder of an up coming Webinar is sent to the members via e-mail with a link where they have to register for the webinar. One can go to a webinar meeting online as a guest or member.

Once a lead has gone onto a Capture page, the lead has to submit their Name and e-mail address for information to be sent to them. Not doing so will result in nothing being sent to them.

The leads generated by your system in the lead list, belong to you.

Once the member has generated leads, the leads are on the member’ lead list and these are the people that the member invite to attend the webinar. These are the People that the member will lead to their success as the member’ Leader has done for his leads.

So a Leader has value to pass onto his members that empowers them to also succeed in their respective online businesses.

Why You Must Know If Your MLM Company Can Terminate Without Reason

January 24, 2010 by · Leave a Comment

You know, many network marketing companies, especially the old, large institutions all try to hook you with something like “the freedom of owning your own business.” Is this true? Do you really own your own business?

When you really delve into the opportunity and understand it, you’ll realise that you don’t own your own business at all. It again, comes down to the company’s policies and procedures – the legally binding contract between you, the distributor, and the company. These policies and procedures are living proof that you DO NOT own your own business.

If a network marketing company can terminate your distributorship for any reason, is that owning your own business? Of course not. If a network marketing company can choose not to renew your annual contract, is that owning your own company? Again, absolutely not.

So without further ado, let’s dig right into the termination and renewal clauses. Some of these are quite unbelievable… and entertaining… but it’s serious stuff!

- Termination Clauses -

“[The Company] reserves the right to terminate or suspend any distributor at any time. Such termination or suspension shall be made by [The Company] at its sole discretion.”

“[The Company] may terminate your access to any part or all of the Service and any related service(s) at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, for any reason whatsoever.”

On a conference call, one of my mentors told a story about a lady who had become quite successful in a company that had one of these termination clauses. She was earning $30,000 per month and the company was flying her all over the country to train their other distributors.

When my mentor raised this objection, she replied… “The company is asking me to do all of their corporate training, they’re NEVER going to do that to me!”

Well, about a year later, lo and behold, she phoned my mentor to tell him that she had be terminated. Poof! $30,000 a month gone! And guess why this company terminated her? She was going through a divorce at the time, so the reason that the company gave for the termination was that her divorce was not a good image for the company.

Now what does her divorce, a private situation, have anything to with her network marketing business? Absolutely nothing, but it gave this company a convenient excuse to “steal” her healthy paycheck. And the saddest part of this story was she could do NOTHING about the termination. She could not sue the company because she agreed to the policy that she could be terminated at any time for any reason.

The question for you is, is this a risk that you want to take, to work hard and build your company a business that they can take away from you at any point in time? And then to have to rebuild it?

- Renewal Clauses -

“This is a one year contract and must be renewed every year on the date of the anniversary”

This is a clause that appears in almost every company where you have to pay an annual renewal fee. It’s a clause that many people glaze over and don’t give too much thought about.

But get this, as a contractor, with a one year contract, you can’t be a business owner! What this clause is telling you is that you’re just an independently contracted distributor of the company’s products and services. It effectively reduces you from a business builder to a contracted promoter.

At the end of contract, a company can do whatever they please with you. They can decide to renew your contract for another year or they can choose not to. And sometimes they clearly spell that out with clauses like these…

“[The Company] reserves the right to reject any applications for a new Distributor or applications for renewal.”

“[The Company] may elect to not renew any distributorship for any reason it deems to be in the best interest of the Company, its customers and other distributors. These reasons may include, but are not limited to the following: Failure to use best efforts to promote [The Company’s] products and services, and actions that bring dishonor to or impute the reputation of [The Company].”

I don’t know about you, but the clause above sounds pretty vague to me. And this vagueness allows the company, at its discretion, define what are “in the best interests of the company”, what are “best efforts to promote products and services” and “actions that bring dishonor.”

You want to build your home business once, and build it right, so you can enjoy your financial indepedence.

Annuity Leads

January 24, 2010 by · Leave a Comment

Any annuity agent will agree that selling annuities survive on successful lead generation. Lead generation is even more important than the product and the presentation. This does not mean that you can sell just anything with good leads. But even the best products do not work without good leads. Leads are the lifelines of annuity sales. Good leads can land you up with interested prospects and then it will be up to you and your product to win them over. However without the appropriate leads you will end up looking around haplessly for people who will buy your annuities as the majority of the people you have talked to would have turned you away without even listening yiu out as they do not have any interest in the product at all. Good leads segregate people interested in buying annuities from people who will not invest in them and this way half your work is done when you go out to make a sale. So if you are selling annuities or are planning to do so, it is a very good idea to get your leads.

Legitimate leads are of two types. These are raw leads and qualified leads. Raw leads are based on demographics. These are leads that are prepared after statistical surveys, according to age groups, gender groups, ethnicities etc. These leads help you to locate your target group. However it does not locate the interested buyers yet. However with these leads you have still narrowed down your search and have the contacts of the people in your target group. You profit the most however from a list of qualified lists. Qualified annuity leads contain a list of people who have interest in buying annuities, know what you are selling and are interested in knowing further. Thus you have a set of people who are willing to talk to you and hear it out. So the task of searching them out is not yours any more and you can concentrate on the selling.

Such annuity leads are generated by lead generating companies. You can approach them for generating leads for you. Raw annuity leads usually cost between 10¢ and 75¢ per lead while qualified annuity leads are priced between $10 and $35 per lead. You need to be careful while looking for these leads as there are many scams and companies that generate poor leads. When looking for a led generating company it is a good idea to check their mode of working. How they pay their staff can be a good indication of their services. Generally companies, who pay their staff for every lead generated or set up a definite target to fill in a day, are not efficient lead generating companies. It is better to stay away from them.

There are other options as well for generating annuity leads. There is the referral system which is an excellent way of generating leads. You might feel hesitant to ask for a referral from a past client. But if you can overcome this hesitation then you can get valuable leads as these are one of the tested methods of annuity lead generation.

Annuity leads are an absolute essential for selling annuities.
